Why is there ANOTHER price increase on uverse bill?? $9.99 ADDED AGAIN THIS MONTH WITHOUT NOTICE!

Why is there ANOTHER price increase on my uverse bill?? Another $9.99 added within two months $20 increase! Not to mention I was promised a promotion for an entire 12 months and didn’t make it two months without another increase on both tv AND Internet!! YOU ALREADY INCREASED OUR BILL in JANUARY for tv then feb for Internet BUT now again in April for tv??? ALL WHILE WE ARE STRUGGLING THRU COVID HARDSHIPS??? ALSO cutting multiple channels from our lineup of service! $9.99 ADDED AGAIN THIS MONTH WITHOUT NOTICE! Y’all are thieves!! I’ll be leaving Now. Cant deal with how badly you treat your loyal customers! You NEVER KEEP YOUR PROMISES! AbsoluteGREED!!!! Shame on you! I’ve had it

Compare this month's bill to the previous month's.  What line item is new or has increased 9.99?

Beyond the yearly increase in January, my bill has not changed. 

As suggested, compare a current bill with a previous bill to find out why yours went up.

What channels were cut? Yes, there is the occasional dispute (as there is with every provider), but AFAIK, there are no disputes at this time.

I'm guessing:

A promotion expired OR

They added a line for HD or local channels

If the first, that's why I recommend writing down when promotions expire, so the customer is not startled.

If the second, they didn't add a fee. They pulled that fee from the main service (U-200, U-300) onto another line.
