Why does AT&T hate their customers?
We have been with AT&T for over 5 years. We have the uverse 200 package deal. I called to ask for new remotes. Suddenly our recordings were reduced to only record one HD show at a time and must watch SD channel while it’s recording. We have always been able to record 3 shows at one time. When I called to ask what happened, in a nut shell I spent 4 hours on the phone over two day. I was told by Grace in customer retention that she would lower my bill and increase my internet speed and make sure the tech guy coming to my house would take care of the recording issue. No one showed up. When we called they said the order was canceled. When the tech guy did come he spent 1 1/2 hours on the phone with his support and was told there was nothing they could do. Not even increase our internet speed like promised. Tech guy said to go to AT&T store and get a new contract. The store was not able to do anything. Switching to a new company. AT&T is RIDICULOUS!!

Been you guys for 2months change from Xfinity to get a better deal when I tell you my tv receiver never work properly always freezing every freaking moment this is the worst . I rather pay Xfinity high rates to get quality this is poor . The technician came out and it doing the exact same crap it was doing before . Worst decision ever!

The rep I had, gave me nothing but attitude, said "well s*hit" in a huff, and hung up dead in my face. How are you mad at me because your services are faulty ?! I feel so disrespected! the service is TRASH and the customer service people are never really any help.
