Where is my ABC programming credit???? ATT doesn't mind raising programming rates, but not crediting accounts when promised.

I believe they had said that it might take a couple of billing cycles. I haven't gotten mine either.

Why don't you just call them if your still eligible to get the credit it would most likely take 1-2 billing cycles and it would take effect.

Contact billing at 800-288-2020 for any billing-related questions.
Depending on when you requested the credit and when your billing cycle begins, it could be a cycle or two until you see it. I think mine is actually spread over two bills.
