Verbal harassment by and employee over phone.

Are calls really recorded?  Are they used for training purposes.  To verify quality assurance?  
Employee number (Edited as per community guidelines) actually couldn’t help me and told me I had an ultimatum of cancellation.  

First, learn proper usage of vocabulary.  Correct English, is a choice.  

I am small potatoes, one payment per month.  They can lose me.  Imagine life though if each dissatisfied customer actually switched services.  

Nine days, 7 reps.   Really?  And you charge me and say you will cancel after a month of being late?

I see no harassment here. Secondly call centers are outsourced where English isn’t their first language
