Uverse
I have been an ATT customer since they began, and a bell south customer before that but it might be time to part ways. I was informed today that there are no more promotions given out to uverse customers. With that being said my bill will increase $600 a year. I simply can not understand how customers that have been so loyal can be treated this way, especially when working on a fixed budget. I am really disappointed in this company.

UverseTV is a dying product and is no longer being sold. Customers are offered a discount to keep them as a customer. AT&T has no reason or incentive to keep Uverse customers around.

A lot of people who have had U-verse TV have opted to switch to Directv Stream another AT&T-owned company as the cost is a lot lower. The only thing is that this is an internet-based TV streaming service so you would need a streaming device.

I just got a discount late last month.
Call them back and ask for the retentions/cancelations department.
