U-verse TV Pictures Pixelate, Freeze--lots of problems & no resolution

For the past 5 yrs+ I have been complaining to AT&T about their lousy U-verse tv service. I have 2 tv's, and one or both experience the picture pixelating, freezing, jumping forward numerous frames, and just recently it began freezing the picture while the sound continues. I have had service techs out to my house, and received new DVR's as well as routers so many times I could open an AT&T substation at my home. They even laid new wires underground once, but all to no avail. Now they have a self-help program, which I used. Upon completing all the steps the picture and sound started up for about 1-2 seconds and it started all over again. Sometimes it happens on both my tv's and sometimes on only one. Has anyone else experienced similar lousy service, and had any kind of a successful resolution. I am seriously considering dumping AT&T.

Did they perform a line test from the ATT line connection to the house?  Sounds like an intermittent connection somewhere.  How about the box on the side of your house for solid connections?  Corroded/loose?  What have the techs done?
