Uverse reward center and cards a fraud

I have been waiting for over 30 days to receive the reward card that was offered when I begin my service. I have called the reward center and waited on the phone for over an hour to speak with someone about the status of the card with no no one answering the call. Everyone keeps giving me the run around. Is this truly the Pinocchio effect that is advertise on tv?

Had I received the reward card ub would not be in communications that the
rewards were a fraud. I had my services installed and activated on March
26, 2019. Was my account even checked before you replied with your
instructions? I already knew all of this information. That is why I am
asking for help on how to resolve it. Thanks for nothing!

Hi There @lookatme

We understand that the avenue that we gave you did not work for you.  Now when it comes to the reward cards, there is very limited information that we can give. The Reward Center Customer is the best resource out there.  We can look further into this with you.

To get started with your resolution, we will be sending you a private message to your forums inbox.

Once you get the notification, please do the following steps:

1. Log-in to your forums account.
2. Click on the envelope icon
3. Click on the message that you get
4. Reply to that message only

Just a reminder: Please do not post any personal information such as, email addresses, phone numbers, or account numbers on this public thread.

We look forward to working with you to get this resolved.

Wow, two years later and this website still doesn't work!  Very dishonest and a poor way to start a customer relationship.
