U-Verse Phone App Always Requires Login Credentials

I have used the U-Verse app on my iPhone (IOS version 16.2) for years. A few months ago it started requiring me to enter my user name and password each time I used it. I deleted the app and reinstalled it and I called AT&T support at least a month ago and it still isn’t resolved. Does anyone know when the app will be updated to resolve this issue?

My Netflix app had the exact same issue and they were able to resolve it. Possibly look at what they did.

I have had same issue for more than a few months.

it began after app would not load schedule / grid that took month plus to solve on back end (servers)… then this occurred immediately after it.   Yes changed passwords and all other tech support recommendations to no avail. Please escalate.
