I did follow the steps you to manage my U-verse
But when I add to cart it gives me the following message:
UVS10209
We're sorry, but we can't complete your order online at this time. If you continue to experience difficulty, please contact AT&T U-verse Support at 1-877-377-9010.
I'm wondering why It's offered but I can't add.
