UVerse Basic

I have UVerse Basic and have had it for years.  I have not been able to access it to watch for a long time, but would like to watch.  Everytime I try to get on, it says to go to account manager.  I pay for UVerse Basic every month.  How can I access it and watch the few channels that I pay for?
