uverse app

All of a sudden, I can not log into my u verse app on any device. Keeps saying ... use correct log in id. That is my id. I have tried everything posted on another forum. are THEY TRYING TO FORCE US TO GO TO DTV STREAM?????? Which I do not want to do... I pay a lot for uverse and want to use it on my devices.....

Go to att.com and manage your profile.  
Verify your Uverse member ID.  
Unlink it from all other accounts. 
Optionally create and use a subaccount.
