U-verse App

I'm no longer able to log into the U-verse app on my iPad, after using it for many years. I've tried all the AT&T usernames / passwords, and I even updated my password. Nothing works. Is the app no longer supported?

Hi there, yefchak! Let's point you in the right direction to get this log in problem resolved. 

 

Here are some steps that you ca try:

  1. Please log into your account and go to profile. 
  2. If you look over on the left side of your profile is your "Member ID"
  3. Try logging in to the app with "Member ID" and password 

Please try those steps and let us know if they work for you. If not then there is something else that we can try.

This has been going on for months.  Many people have contacted AT&T about this (see numerous previous threads), including me, and AT&T still hasn't resolved the issue.  So infuriating.  We are paying for a service we are not getting.
