Uverse App
Cant log in to Uverse app since I updated to the new version that you required on Nov 30, 2021. I tried using my member ID as you suggested and was told that this is the wrong email. and continued attempts would make me reset my password. I have uninstalled the app numerous times but still nothing. What else am I supposed to do? Please dont tell me you understand my frustration and that you are here to help me. Just let us all know whats going on and when this issue will be taken care of.

The supposition is you know what your U-verse member ID is, @Bochano
Start by unlinking email accounts.
If that still doesn’t get you in, try using or creating a subaccount

Thanks for the reply. Im not that computer savvy, how do I unlink email accounts. As far as I know I dont have any linked accounts, just the email I signed up with years ago which is my member ID. But I dont use that anymore as my email address. Also I dont know how to create a sub account.

Probably easier then to go to att.com and manage your account from there. I don’t have a step by step procedure handy, but should be in the area where email addresses are managed. The U-verse member ID typically uses an att.net domain. In that same part the website there should also be a subaccounts section to manage those credentials.

I want to give compliments @gr8sho.....you cannot be signing in with the current ATT signin ID master account credentials...you have to use the ID when you signed up for UVerse ie my current att id is Donald.Driessen but my Uverse ID [email scrubbed] Sir your help post here was key.....the support folks at ATT did not suggest this....Thanks\

Well it didn't work for me. I used my user ID that I signed up with and it tells me that's the wrong ID and I know it's not. I give up, not gonna try and use the app anymore.

ATT doesn’t seem too interested to fix the login issue.
This work-around got the app working again for me:
Create a new sub-account
On a desktop/laptop/tablet login to att.com
Account > Profile > scroll down to Manage Sub Account.
Create a new sub-account. A sub-account is a new additional email… The “Primary member ID” is also on the profile page. Mine is lastname @sbcglobal.net… I used the same domain (@sbcglobal.net) when creating the new sub-account.
Use the new sub-account email + password to login to the Uverse app.
Please post back if this worked for you.

OMG. Finally. This worked. I created a sub account and BOOM. Thanks to all who had input...JoeFW and gr8sho. Both of you need to get a job with ATT because they don't know what they are doing. Thanks again.
