U-verse app won’t allow me to sign in

About a month or so ago my U-verse app required me to sign in. It won’t take my email and password. How can I get help?

Hello, ! We understand that you are unable to log into you verse app. We would love to help you with this. 

 

First, to make sure that it is not an account issue, can you please log in directly to your AT&T account online.

 

Now if you are able to do that, then what we are going to ask you to go to your profile and look for something called "Member ID." Try that and the password that you have been using. If those things do not work, then we are going to have you try some troubleshooting steps:

  1. Clear the app cache 
  2. Uninstall the app
  3. Turn the device off
  4. Turn the device back on
  5. Re-download the app
  6. Try to log in again.
