Uverse app will no longer work
I try to use the U-Verse app, which had been working just fine, and it keeps bringing up sign-in screen, so I put it in and get an error message saying g "Hmm, that's not the sign in data we have for this service ". I've tried deleting and downloading the app again, changed passwords. Nothing works.

Have you attempted to sign in with your member ID vs the access ID? The reason we ask this is we currently have an ongoing issue with the sign in process for the U-Verse app.
Let us know if you are able to sign in with the member ID!

Go to att.com , login to the website, go to the profile section. You’ll see a section that will show your U-verse member ID.
You’ll also see a link to manage subaccounts , which is another option to use with the app.
