U-verse app not working iPhone.

Get this message every time I try to log in.

Hi there @bkingston, we want to make sure you can get logged into your account. 

 

Try uninstalling and reinstalling the app, and see if you're able to log in using your Access ID afterwards. If not, go online and create a User ID to log into your account. Also, are you able to sign in to your account using a browser? Knowing this will let us narrow down the source of the issue, and allow us to focus on troubleshooting it further.

Please share the results with us here.

Removed and reinstalled, created new id.  Now working.  Thank you.
