U-verse app is not allowing me to enter my password and is displaying a Login Required message

When I click my user ID to log into U-verse app I get a pop up that reads Login Required….but I wasn’t given an opportunity to enter my password. HELP!!!

Here is more information on how to troubleshoot the U-verse app.

 

We suggest that you:

  • Uninstall/Reinstall the app to make sure the app is updated
  • Reset your password which would resync your account
  • Restart your device 
  • Reboot your gateway which would refresh the app and your network connection

These are all troubleshooting steps to help you with the error code that you are receiving for the app.
