Uverse app for android not working

I recently began to have problems with the app.

Phone samsung s23, system up to date

I have tried:

  1. I am using the correct member ID to sign in
  2. I Restarted the device.
  3. I Deleted cache have the latest software on my phone
  4. Uninstall ......

It will not let me reinstall-- it says it is not compatible with my device (which it was until recently)

Is there a fix?

Is the spp being updated?

To answer your question : If you're having issues after a firmware update, it can take time for the app developers to deploy a patch​​​​. We recommend posting feedback via the App Store/ Playstore. Please note, some OS updates may affect AT&T apps. Our teams address these issues as quickly as possible as with most developers​​​​.

 

Note​​​​: If the app is causing issues with your device, we recommend discontinuing use
