UVerse App access

I cannot access any video on phone using Uverse App.  Continuously get the following error : "This content is not available outside the U.S. (QPE1401-S520)". Just upgraded from Note 9 4G to Note 20 Ultra 5G and have not traveled outside the U.S. in over 2 years. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated  !

Do you continue to get the error message when attempting to use the app on your home Wi-Fi network? The reason we ask is some content will not be available when only using your mobile network.
