Utility Easement Restrictions

We currently have a AT&T utility easement on our property that is currently in an open field. We are considering converting this property into a pine stand. What are the restrictions that we should be aware of in this forestation project? If  boundaries exist who is responsible to mark them since we don't know exactly where the lines are? Thanks.
