Update U-verse app on Fire Stick

The U-verse app was working just fine, until an update was requested. So I proceed with the update, soon after completing. The app requested for me to log in, I did with correct information. But for some reason the app was not accepting my information. So I changed the password, it did not allow me to get in. What can I do?

Hey @jagarza, we understand that you're having trouble with Firestick not recognizing your login. We're here to help.

 

Can you please provide us with a few more details so we can better assist you.

  • What message are you seeing when trying to login?
  • Have you tried rebooting the gateway?
  • Sometimes a simple reboot of the gateway can fix errors with logins being that you were logged in before the update.
