Unresolved Complaint

I’ve called customer care several times to resolve an issue and sent two emails to customer care. The first phone call resulted in me being hung up on and no one called me back, the second call they said my complaint was escalated and someone would call me back. The third call the supervisor was very rude and just put me on hold mid-sentence. I’ve been on hold for 15 minutes now and I don’t think he’s coming back (I’m on right now).  None of my emails were ever responded to. Terrible customer service. I wish I had never switched from Verizon. I spend $400 a month on phone, internet and TV and can’t even get them to address my issue.

Hi, I’m having same issues. They have not replied to emails. I also sent in a formal complaint. Wanting my refund now. It’s well overdue. The company does not honor what they advertise and I’m ready to file suit.

@CrafTNik09  Have you tried filing a BBB (Better Business Bureau) complaint or even an FCC complaint?  These complaints go to the corporate office and usually get a response.
