To cancel nearly any AT&T service, you have to call. Remember that once you cancel U-verse TV you can't get it back; they're no longer accepting orders for it.
Just tell them you only want to cancel the TV service. They'll probably be happy to help with that, but offer you DIRECTV stream as a replacement
I want to change anything in the bundle I have in packages. It won’t let me do anything. Keeps telling me to call att direct. Never been this way before , but the worst time in last couple weeks. And when I do get someone , they cant seem to help. Or put me on hold then the call is always dropped. I can get into my account just fine but once I click change service or see my service it won’t let me anyone else having this problem???
