Unable to Log In To Uverse App on Phone

Hello,

I've had Uverse for 13 years, and for most of those I have used the Uverse app on my phone to watch shows, manage my DVR, and schedule recordings.  For about 2 months now, I've been unable to log in to the app on my iPhone 11 (running iOS 16.1).  The app gives the following error message,

"Hmm...That isn't the ID you set up for this service.  Try signing in with another ID.  Care Code: 205.4" 

I've only ever had one user/member ID - that which was set up when I first got Uverse.  When I click the link to recover my ID, the email confirms the Member ID I've been using for all these years to log in to the app.  After reading multiple posts w/ suggested resolutions, I've tried deleting and reinstalling the app, changing the password on my account, setting up a secondary user account to log in...none of these have worked.  The final step is to restore my phone to factory settings.  (Are you freaking kidding me???  That's AT&T's possible solution to get a single app working...delete everything on my phone???)

Since this feature is included as part of my U200 package, AT&T needs to resolve the issue ASAP or credit my bill(s) until the problem is resolved.  Detailed technical support is expected promptly.
