Trying to get my bill adjusted and service restarted for over three years.
I've been a first responder for over 43 years, but it pails in comparison on the run-a-round I've received by AT&T. If the truth were to be expressed here, I would probably not be believed.
It started with my house burning down, me returning the equipment, them acknowledging I returned the equipment, but after 3.5 years, I cannot get a statement showing this and get my service back on. I've paid SPECTRUM well over $9000.00 in going on four years, and money is not the issue. It's AT&T and I call them ROTTEN.
I'm a Fire Chaplain, and former Policeman, Sheriff and Fire Marshal. Not into making up false statements.
Hours and hours on the phone... the on hold time was enough for me to earn another college degree.
Even collections ceased as there was no merit to the case.
