Tomakia I received a call from the presidents office after already receiving talking and reconciling a bill dispute 30 days later

Approximately January 23 I noticed ATT Uverse took money out of my account and no one from customer service knew why. I then contacted corporate office the lady shared with me that it was due to my renewing my contract for U-Verse. However she doesn't know how ATT determined the date cause there was no indication for renewal on my bill or notation. She apologized refunded the money and had me to [ay the correct amount. 30 day later i received a call from the presidents office a rep and a man name Bruce to tell me that my bill increased and what was honored to me is non-in-void. It gets worst they talk to me lile they did not know why the changes of correction on my bill which means they work in the presidents office and never read my notes before calling me. I had to revisit the horror story all over again. They harassed me with calls while on my job working at two hospitals struggling with COVID19 patients . Calling me to help them with calculations instead of looking at my previous bills. Then Bruce a Senior Manager at the President office credit my account again to later email me a final notice using unprofessional words like they cant control the taxes in my area and my bill has increases. First of all I have been with ATT Uverse for 4years taxes has never been an issue for my billing. Att and these guys from the President office were unprofessional from the beginning. Who calls a customer while on their job in a aggressive demeaning tone that they cant honor what was given they are just calling to tell me my bill increased from $88.07 to $110. Who does this even at a time like this.

I have emailed ATT President Stephenson multiple times requesting him to call me regarding the matter and no response. Instead he forward my concern to his staff Bruce a manager in the president office who responds with more retaliating manner regarding my bill. Not to mention my bill has been auto pay for 4 years. I removed email billing and selected regular mail. Who gave Bruce Bankston the right to choose email to correspond with me regarding my billing?

Let me get this straight: You're upset that Randall Stephenson, the CEO of a company that has 250.000 employees world wide, who makes $32 MILLION DOLLARS A YEAR and has a net worth of $72 MILLION DOLLARS did not call you personally because your bill increased $22?
