The fee that i did not sign up for

I got a first bill from ATT , but there is weird Fees.

I requested the high speed internet service because it is cheaper than xfinity.

The montly payment was around 42$ and there will be 99$ for the first installment fee , the call service told me.

I asked again, no extra money ? is it all ?

Yes,it is all she said..

I didn't get any information about the account charge from the call service.

I don't want to know , don't need to know
what is AT&T ConnecTech (SM) - Additional Device Installation.
What is AT&T ConnecTech (SM) - Home Networking Installation

I can't pay it ( $65 for the account charge ).

please reply me as soon as possible and recalculate then send a new bill.

Some fees are unavoidable and we all pay them such as equipment fees but Connectech is a paid service:

If you do not want this service and/or it was added to your account by mistake, send a PM to ATTU-verseCare. Be sure to include your account number, name, and contact number.

@todoosun, you have made a post an a public forum provided for AT&T users to communicate with other AT&T users.  While AT&T employees do look at forum posts from time to time, you should have no expectation that any particular action will come from such a post (e.g. removing a charge from your account, contacting your directly).

 

You should instead click this Customer Service link to send a Private Message (PM) to the AT&T customer service team to help you resolve your request, or click the link to U-verse Care from the above post.  You can expect a reply via return PM (the blue envelope in the upper right hand corner of this site, next to your avatar and name) in a business day or three. You can speed things up by including your name, Billing Account Number and the best way and time to reach you.
