Stop sending me marketing junk mail
We cancelled our subscription with your company /at&t a YEAR ago.
We do not want any junk mail or fraudulently Debit cards sent to our mailing address from who knows where with Indian call center people trying to steal your identity.
PLEASE stop this harassment of junk mail being mailed to us.
Take our address off the mailing address or Provide another way to do this without contacting the dumb call center.

this is a customer populated forum so no one from at&t will see your post nor will they remove you from a mailing list.

We are here to help with those unwanted emails, @mesekow.
Thank you to the aces for the useful information.
On the marketing emails themselves, there should be an opt out option at the bottom of the emails, or an unsubscribe option at the top of the emails.
As @Juniper stated, we suggest that you call our support team for more help with removing your email from the mailing list. You can contact them at (800-288-2020).
If you have any other questions or concerns, feel free to reach back out.
Thank you for contacting AT&T Forums.

@Juniper:
I realize that you are being subjective as an employee of AT&T
If this is a public forum then I am entitled to “shout” out to whoever I want to. I don’t have provide proof of who I am!!
.
I DO find receiving junk mail harassing from your company especially because I cancelled my subscription a long , long time ago for good reasons.
In fact I found the whole experience from start to finish when I signed up with your company a disaster(AT&T direct tv universe), from the billing to the costly monthly charges to be extortion. Overly priced and to get ANYTHING changed regarding an incorrect bill to be painful. Aggravating hours while waiting for someone competent on the call center to pick up the phone who actually comprehends your issue.
I BET that I am not the only one who feels this way!!
I received a DEBIT rewards card from AT&T in the mail recently. I was suspicious because I cancelled my subscription a long, long time ago.
I try to use the card at a grocery store because it can’t be wrong to buy food. Of course it didn’t work.
Ok, so now I must once again call a call center and waste my time because of incompetent systems??
Then I get the Indian call center who tries to steal my identity info and my time.
In conclusion: Why don’t you try call you own call centers and deal with your own incompetent systems?
I also don’t appreciate your SNOTTY remarks about “bothering to call”
You should really be trying to make a difference to help people in your line of work instead of collecting badges or making idiotic comments.
So, now I guess I am left again to call yet another call center in the hopes that I actually succeed in removing my name and address and NOT my email from one of your systems again.
AGAIN I bet, I am NOT the only one who feels this way.
