I have been a card carrying SNAP recipient for four years. I applied for the low-income rate as required by the legal agreement with the U.S. government. Upon completing the online application. I was informed that I would be contacted within 5 business days by U.S. mail. That was nearly 3 weeks ago. I received no online reference number or contact number or anything. What should I do now? Thank you.

I received a flyer for snap participants from KHC access from at&t low income internet. Can someone tell me what to do to qualify?   donaldking426

I get snap and SSI everytime i call the agents say the program is not available anymore could u tell me if its still available i feel like the agents just trying to push me into a high priced deal

ATT ACCESS is available to addresses that receive a hardwired internet connection within 21 states.

1… does ATT offer internet service to your address?

2… if yes, is the service hardwired, not wireless from cell tower such as Fixed Wireless or ATT AIR?

3… if hardwired internet service is available what is the best speed available for your address as that determines pricing.

For addresses where best speed option is 3, 1.5 or .76 the price is $5 per month

For addresses where best speed option is 10 or 5 the price is $10 per month

For addresses where best speed is 100, 75, 50, 45, 25, 24, 18 or 12 the price is $30 per month.

Note that the $5 and $10 plans have a 1.5T data cap with overage charges of $10/50G up to $100 per month while the $30 per month plan has unlimited data, no cap, no overage charges.

EDIT, unless things have changed you do not call but submit application online, wait for mailed reply with approval status and instructions to call a special number to signup… you cannot sign up through normal channels.
