Several AT&T green utility boxes in an Association in disrepair
Hi there,
- Name: Kimberly
- Address: There are several addresses with this problem.
- Account number(if you're a customer): Several and I don't have them.
- Phone number: *** is the office phone number
- Email address: ***
- The best time to contact you if needed: 9am to 1pm
- The issues you are having (in detail): I work for Lake Charles Association in Port St Lucie, Florida and within the Community there are several of the green At&T utility boxes that are in disrepair with wires coming out of the bottom. How can I get someone to come out to get them repaired?

OH! I see signal advisor already gave you all the care team help links!
KOOL! any of them will work, but the ATTCARETEAM might be the best one to use, as they are catchall for anything not the other two. As @Signaladviser recomends, the uverse care is good also.
Dont give identifiable deatails, but glad to see another floridian. I live up near st. augustine myself. Hope your weather is better than ours has been.
It is starting to get cold (for florida) up here!
Really, we do appreciate bringing damaged our just plane worn out boxes to our attention!
