Service interruption

I have been a customer for years, years, years. A message use to come cross the tv reminding a payment due. I ran into a hard ship & these people had no sympathy. Now if you're a month behind they cut your service won't allow payment arrangements until past due is paid. Thanks for your no loyalty Directv/At&t
