Service appointment

U-Verse TV won’t provide my area service except between 8 AM and noon. Why? I live in the center of Houston.

Since last November, the only option available is 8:00-Noon. As far out as tech support is able to look on the service appointment calandra, that’s all that is available. I am being forced to switch to Comcast, because of this problem, and it is something I do not want to do. I live in zip code 77024, and that is the only service time slot for my address.  Been going on like I said since last November. Tech support blames it on dispatch.

Yes, I can not be here between 8AM-noon. I need to be able to book after 12 PM appointments.
