September bill came 3 weeks late; my account is past due?
I expected to pay my September bill by 09/25/2020. The bill was nowhere to be found in my online account. I chatted with Tyler, who said "This happens a lot to customers now," and he assured me that we would not be disconnected or charged any fees. The electronic bill came 09/24/2020 (issue date 09/04/2020), with a due date of 10/13/2020. I therefore scheduled a payment for 10/13/2020.
October's electronic bill (issue date 10/04/2020) came 10/10/2020, with due date of 10/27/2020. This bill states my account is past due. No fees were added, and my service has not been interrupted, but the red print on the bill indicates that that is still a possibility.
This is really disappointing, considering we are never late paying our bill, and I actually made an effort to find the bill online when it wasn't showing up. We pay a lot of money for this service for billing to be screwed up like this.
