Scrambled reception

Why are we experiencing a scrambled reception?  We have not been able to use any of our paid channels for about 3 days now.

The audio and visual comes in and out on every channel, goes blank even at times. I’ll try to attach a picture.

While you're figuring out the picture, how is your U-verse TV Receiver connected to your TV, via coax, composite, component or HDMI?

Make sure all connections are tight. Could something be frayed/bent somewhere?

Technician had to come out, switched out boxes, all is good now...thanks for your help.
