rude customer service
I called AT&T to see how I can change my bundle package from U200 to something more reasonable with lower monthly payments. I was talked to like a child that didnt understand. All I wanted to do was change my package bundle to something that was more affordable. I was told this (U200) was something i couldnt change.
i have the employee name and number
We have had AT&T Service for over 2 yrs now..I have never been talked to like I was today when I called Customer Service
