Retention department

Due to moving across the hallway in my apartment complex, additional fees were being charged.  I was transferred to the retention dept.  The move fee was canceled but was then informed I had to pay an extra $10 per month. 
What the heck... Therefore after 20+ years, I canceled my service to find another service. And, if the retention lady said, "it breaks her heart to do this" - 5 times I believe, I was going to go through the phone line to slap a customer service manual in front of her to read.  A very uncalled for statement.

if you were grandfathered in then most likely werent paying the ten dollar equipment fee any changes made to the account like moving you lose the free equipment fee

Thank you!  I needed up contacting someone in the executive offices.  After viewing my account the did state the $10 was a new equipment fee.

They were not happy about the employee speaking to me the way she did.

We are in the process of resolving the issue, calling me back later today.
