Remove from Mailing List

The amount of junk mail you send should be illegal.  We got two UVerse ads yesterday, one to San Diego Neighbor and one to Current Resident.

We are registered with the DMA.  Sending us mail is a clear violation of DMA policies.

Your website has no opt-out.

Your phone system has no opt-out and your customer service representatives don't even know how to process a request.

This is why we don't buy AT&T services - because your customer service is atrocious.

Tell me how to get off all of your lists.

Thanks, Chris.  Unfortunately that link still provides no solution to postal mail.  For that section it states:

Other Marketing Communications Choices

  • Postal Mail: To review our Residential Do Not Mail Policy Statement and to limit postal mail solicitations, visit AT&T Consumer Marketing. You will still receive billing statements, legal notices, product updates and other similar correspondence, and you may still receive some promotional mailings.

But that link just takes you to the page where you have to call.  And calling ATT is an endless loop of failure.

Correct. Unfortunately - I called the number listed to get onto the Do Not Mail list - the poor fellow in the call center was so bewildered by my request he jsut gave the standard hang up script and...hung up!!!  LOL

Me too!!!!!  Can we calculate how much damage they do to the environment by insisting on stuffing our mailboxes with paper that does not need to be produced and emissions from transporting it and inks that do not need to be used and electricity that does not need to be used generating this stuff that just gets tossed into the recycling bin?  I have contacted them and asked to be removed from their mailing list.  They responded by changing my name on the list to 'our neighbor'.  They have no commitment to the environment and I will not use their products because of it.
