Refund to my bank for payment that. Was put wrong acct
Made online payment of $115.87 on Jan15,2022 posted to wrong acct. Asked for money to be reversed back to my bank on Jan 17,2022. As if Feb 12,2022 I do not have my money. WHERE IS MY MONEY???

I have called everyday about this payment and EVERY customer service rep tells me something different. SICK OF THIS
