Refund after cancellation incorrect.

Canceled my service on June 12th and used 4 days in the month of June.  Was charged over 25 dollars for the 4 days. Called repeatedly for help and assistance, still waiting on my refund almost two months later that was promised by mid-July.  Asked to correct the refund amount and said that is what it will be.  ATT will give you great assistance to keep you as a customer but as soon as you leave then there is not the same connection of help.  Please send me the full amount of 96.66 to make your past customer a happy customer.  I will be filing a BBB response with my concerns about the poor customer service received over the last two months after canceling service. Thank you for your assistance on this matter.  PS I spent countless hours on the phone and chat talking with customer representatives and supervisors and each gave me their own reasoning and responses.

What were the dates of your BILLING CYCLE?

Unless you are in California, New York or Illinois, final bill after cancellation is NOT pro-rated as per the TERMS OF SERVICE

Upon termination, subject to applicable law, your effective date of cancellation will be the last day of your current billing cycle and you will receive Service until the end of your billing cycle (exceptions may apply to certain promotional periods and must be in writing). You will not receive a prorated credit or refund for any remaining days of Service in your billing cycle after termination. Your Service will continue until the end of the bill cycle.

doesnt matter if 1 day or 4 days in the billing cycle you pay the full month they dont prorate.
