Property Damage - Sewer Line

Your technician damaged our sewer line when putting in my neighbors AT&T cable. I've paid over $600 in temporary repairs and problem diagnostics. I have video of your line running through my property and breaking my sewer line which is still not fixed. Please advise how to proceed. My address is 725 E Towne Lake Parkway, Opelika AL 36804. You'll notice you recently did an install to my neighbor which required going through my yard and tearing it up.
