Property Damage Caused by AT&T

My lawn was damamged by AT&T installing an underground cable after a night of very heavy rain and the use of heavy equipment.  I have tried multiple avenues to contact AT&T to help with my problem and everyone I talk to passes me to a different person, AT&T has taken NO accountability or offered any solutions.  The customer service has been terrible.  If you have any suggestions on how to get my problem resolved quickly I would appreciate it.

This is weird. This is the page I was sent to by AT&T. They are currently running fiber along the power poles in the area. They had T&T tree cutters trim the trees back so they could install the line. They never bothered to mulch them or cut them into fireplace sized pieces, so I have a big section of downed trees thanks to AT&T. I'd include pictures, but for the ridiculous 5MB limit. I'm still trying to figure out how to get them to finish the job. Short of cutting the lines they ran, I've got nothing but the link that sent me here.

We're here to help look into your downed trees, 1adam12!

We suggest creating your own AT&T Forums thread for personal assistance, as the current thread you are posting on is three years old and subject to being closed at any time. When you do create a thread, please try to share the following information:

  • How long ago did this occur? Are there still posts and other safety markers that indicate the area is being worked on?
  • Did you previously call any of the AT&T numbers, and if so, what did they say?

We hope to hear back from you!
