Predatory practice & senior citizens
I cancelled HBO with ATT and what did they do? They raised my total uverse and internet bill $65.00! Customer loyalty would only lower the bill $35.00. I am a Senior Citizen and I believe ATT is predatory. I have 4 cell phone lines, uverse and internet. I will be going to Verizon and Xfinity this weekend to sign up with them. I will be contacting the BBB and social media to make as many people as possible aware of their (in my opinion) predatory practices.
