PLEASE IMPLEMENT SPECIAL RATES FOR SUPER SENIOR CITIZENS THAT ARE 75YRS AND OLDER
Please implement special rates for super Seniors (75yrs and up). I talked my mother into ATT because we have it and now her rates have hiked to over $235 monthly for home phone, internet and tv. We called to request it be lowered back to what she was paying $178 and were told there were not any specials to offer. I am disappointed because we are both long term ATT customers since the time when ATT was only home phone. This is a $60 difference and ATT was unable to reinstate. With a company the size and strength of ATT there has to be something that can be worked out (a fixed rate for those on fixed incomes) for respect of super seniors that are trying to keep up with technology and the times. I look forward to hearing future plans to accommodate our most treasured population.

Promo expired… as they do, not everyday pricing.
Some ways to lower billing…
reduce service(s) such as removing extra receivers, lowering tv channel package, changing phone plan, or internet.
Any change producing a new promo will lower the bill for 12 months then have the same result. May be best to determine what can afford then choose service at everyday price that matches the budget.
My mother in law took in a guest that rents space in the house. A retired missionary that is 20 years younger and assists her while bringing in extra income.

"Super Senior"??? Now that's a new one. I have a friend that just turned 90. What would we call her?
I am a senior on a fixed income. A fixed rate would be fabulous but unlikely.
Uverse is on the way out. They have no motivation to offer discounts.

I would consider children to be “our most treasured population”.
