Missing On Demand episodes for a series is not uncommon. I've seen it happen numerous times. That's the bad news.
The good news is that all episodes of all 5 seasons of Damages is available from Starz Streaming. Hopefully you stream other networks like Netflix and Hulu. You can stream Starz content (ie. Damages) too.
