In order to make that payment, you will need is speak to our "Credit and Collections" team. You contact them by calling 1-800-288-2020 and ask to speak to "Billing." Please have your old account information handy, so our teams will be able to access your account with ease.Then you can request to speak to "Collections." Collections will be able to take it from there, and either have you make that payment or, if your account has already been sold to a Collections Agency, they will give you the contact information for that agency, so you can follow up.
