Not allowing to log in to streaming paramount network

I have the AT&T u-verse u450 package and when I use my AT&T u-verse log in paramount network tells me it not in my subscription package, but it is on channel 1145/1146 for me. Need help please?

Good News! SHOWTIME is now Paramount+ with Showtime, as of January 8th. Your subscription will include Paramount+ with SHOWTIME East & West channels, 10 SHOWTIME multi-plex channels, TMC and FLIX, Paramount+ with SHOWTIME on demand.

And make sure you're trying to access Paramount Network (included with your TV service) and not Paramount+ which is a PAID streaming service (previously CBS ALL ACCESS).

Paramount Plus and Paramount Network aren’t the same thingParamount+ is the new name of the original streaming service CBS All Access, while Paramount Network (formerly Spike TV) is a cable/satellite TV channel. Both are owned by ViacomCBS.
