No Uverse caller ID on TV

I Can't control caller ID on TV from either CH 9900 or MY_ATT account . I have bundled Uverse 300 with digital internet phone on fiber .

Voice mail setups on my account show I don't have access.

Here to help with your caller ID, @pramhus 

 

 

Have you tried rebooting your gateway?

 

 

We recommend that you reboot your gateway, as this will refresh your network. You can also check to see if your caller id has been activated.
