My UVerse is overpriced and I need to make changes but nobody will talk to me
My UVerse is way overpriced, especially considering that I am watching half the TV I was years ago.
I signed up for UVerse at a n ATT store in Carmel Mountain San Diego years ago but they were useless and quite rude in telling me they have nothing to do with UVerse.
I went to a Mission Valley store over the weekend, and while they could not help me with UVerse, they were friendly, unlike the Carmel Mountain store, and explained that Direct TV was internet based and did not require a satellite dish.
I would like a not so overpriced plan with internet and basic TV, but ATT customer service (Edited per community guidelines). Although I would prefer to find a not so overpriced plan I have not had UVerse TV for 7 weeks and don't miss it much. I would very much appreciate it if ATT could start an e-mail or snail mail dialog. If not, all I really need is internet and I can get that from Verizon, my cell phone provider.
Although the ATT store in Mission Valley could not help me he pulled up the account and agreed it was over priced.
The flyer he gave me showed internet plans from 35/35/60 dollars a month.
And TV packages from 80/90/125 dollars a month.
That sounds reasonable and I would like to know more about which plan is good for me. But ATT need to change my plan or stop gouging me on my current plan or I will need to cut the cord forever.
By the way, when I left Timer Warner years ago they called and asked why if I was unhappy I just left with calling them.
Well, I am letting you know I am unhappy. And I do not understand why a local ATT store can sign me up for a plan but refuses to provide any help talking with me because they won't talk to customers that have UVerse.
