Hey @tfharvey, we understand the need for a consistent broadband signal. Let's see what we can do to stop it from resetting.
Just some things we need to know, so we can get started:
What Status Lightsare you seeing on your gateway? This will help us identify where the error is happening. This article has a dropdown for you to choose your gateway model.
Is your gateway plugged into a surge protector? Surge protectors can potentially cause resets, and over time, power failure for the gateway. Try plugging it directly into the wall outlet and see if you notice a difference. The outlet itself could also be depriving your gateway of the power it needs, so trying another outlet could help too.
Have you tried Restarting your Gateway yet? This may sound like a tedious and unecessary step you've tried many times, but especially after making changes to the gateway setup, this can help refresh your connection to the internet.
Give those steps a try if you haven't already and let us know how it goes. If your signal is still resetting after this we can bring you into a DM for some more advanced troubleshooting.
