My Bill

I want to know why every month my bill is raised $1.00 and change?  Every month! That is my question.

As you can see, I am not one to join any . . . , but you forced me to do so because you truly provide no true options for immediate contact.  It appears when people (your clients) have problems now you have a worthless automated app that does not respond to the questions asked. This, I think, is a scam on the part of a big company making money and hiding. - respectfully,

Bill raising every month doesn't make sense.

I would review the bills side by side to see exactly what part is changing. Based on that small amount, I would first look at the regulatory fees and taxes. If that doesn't clear it up, then you will need to call AT&T customer support. This is a public forum of other customers so we cannot see your account. Though if you were to post the line items of a couple bills (even screenshot) perhaps other users could help sort out what is going on.

Typically, programming costs go up a few dollars early each year.

If the bill goes up outside of then, it could also be that promotions are expiring. When I get promotions, I put a reminder in my phone to call back a day or two before they expire. This way, I can sign up for new ones before I get an unpleasant surprise.

I would highly recommend calling 800-288-2020 and ask to speak to someone in billing.

Once a year (in January) are the annual price adjustments. Historically those are up to $10.

But a dollar and change every month is weird. I would not expect promotions to account for anything less than $5. So taxes, regulatory fees, and perhaps one-time charges such as PPVs should be checked on those bills.
